FIRE(Finance,Insurance and Real Estate) and at the same time ICE(Intellecual,Cultural and Educational) ,this is New York City(a city so nice they had to name it twice) Cel mai mare oras din State,home of the Knicks and of Ms Bradshaw,the Big Apple is ,exactly as the name implies,a beautiful,appealing temptation. Eu il consider Capitala Lumii(bine Europa rulz si that will nevva'evva change) dar daca ar fi un refugiu pentru orice ratacit cred ca acela ar fi NY. Iti ofera orice si motivul este simplu:oameni din toate colturile s-au adapostit aici si au transformat bucatica lor de NY into Home.(doar gandul la Statuia Libertatii care iesea in calea miilor de vase cu imigranti si a sutelor de vise si sperante pe care acestia si le puneau In the land of the Free.) The thought of living in the most exciting city in the world is just overwhelming:sa cobori din coltisorul tau de Real Estate Heaven aka The Upper East Side,take a september walk in the park,Central Park that is,a stop at the Metropolitan Art Museum,give your soul some pleasure by passing by the Julliard Academy,enjoy a Broadway play, check out Wall Street-the New York Stock Exchange(a room full of sweaty men trying to get it up-yeah,preeeetty exciting). Sure,recreate your own Annette Bening-Warren Beatty meating on the Empire State Building(with minor modifications of course) stroll down on Fifth' and spend some of your..personal charm,attend an Ivy League University(Columbia), dream big at the Rockefeller Center and aspire to the Trump bussines .
